What shipping options are available, and what are the shipping fees?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system and may depend on the following factors:
- Order value;
- Delivery address
- Weight
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we deliver within 5–6 business days.
All orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Duffy cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delivery delays beyond its control.
Can I receive my order in a store?
At the moment, we cannot deliver items purchased online to a store.
We can deliver to residential and business addresses where someone is available to sign for the package at the time of delivery.
Can I ship my order to multiple addresses?
Currently, we can only ship to one address per order.
To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?
For security reasons, all purchases made on duffy-wear.com require the customer’s (or an adult representative’s) signature upon delivery.
The courier may require the person receiving the order to present identification.
If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier will make a total of three delivery attempts, usually on three consecutive business days.
If no one is available to sign after five days without communication, the order will be returned to Duffy Wear.
Duffy will attempt to contact the customer and arrange a new shipment of the order.
If the package cannot be delivered, Duffy Wear will cancel the order and refund the customer.
How can I track my order?
Duffy will send you several emails during the ordering process to keep you informed about the status of your purchase.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order.
Finally, we will send you a delivery confirmation email as soon as we receive notification from the carrier that your purchase has been delivered.
How can I estimate the delivery time for my order?
To estimate the total delivery time for your order, allow up to three business days from the order date for processing before shipping, plus the time required for delivery.
